As guests flooded in to Beechmont Country Club on Saturday evening, jaws dropped to the floor in awe of the breathtaking decor. Without a doubt the most wonderful sight of the evening were two young ladies, sparkling in silver party dresses. Congratulations to Sloane and Maris–how wonderful you were able to celebrate one another’s accomplishments standing side by side. Melissa, Dustin, and I all commented on how tremendously supportive, loving, and full of personality your family is. Lisa and BenIt was said at the wedding that Ben and Lisa were "just friends" for a while. After reading the engagement story, it was so evident that friendship was the basis for this amazing relationship. It was such a pleasure to be a part of something so special. During such an intimate and beautiful ceremony and reception, Jonathan and I felt as though we were truly welcome amongst your closest friends and family. Throughout the day we, amongst many others, made a comment along the lines of “you both have similar mannerisms” or “you have similar eyes and smiles.” It is clear that those comments are acknowledgements of the fact that you are a perfect pairing for a marriage, and are made to be with one another. What an amazing group of people the Furth family brought together for Sarah’s Bat mitzvah! H2H was flown in from LA to the Signature of Solon and they transformed the room into a complete dance party! The only time any one sat down was to rub their feet from dancing so hard!! Including my assistant photographer and myself! We had so much fun with everyone there! Thanks for having us! Heather and Lauren
Candace and I are having a terrific time together and learning so much! We were invited to attend a workshop with eight of the worlds greatest event photographers. There are only 50 attendees. Each of us has the opportunity to shoot the models and pose/play with them on our own. We missed the 1st of only two days of shooting because we had three Weddings on Oct 1st. Being jet lagged and cameraless thanks to Aegean Airlines we literally had to borrow equipment from Kim Ponsky and Bambi Cantrell! They were very generous to allow us to shoot with their cameras! The critique was very difficult for me! I never had the experience of having 7 judges looking at my work. Candy could tell that I was extremely nervous. Each of us were allowed to submit only two images. The image I felt had the best chance of winning was the image with the very “excited” dog! Candy playing with the dog was my automatic inspiration for the shot! The Model seemed annoyed pretending to sip tea on a still in the middle of the street (not my idea) and after 5 minutes of huffing I respectfully asked for my turn! Without Heather to work on my image it scored the 2nd highest and the judges said it would have scored much higher even had it been worked better in photoshop! With the help of an amazing Photographer from Russia Sasha I now have a Winning image for this years upcoming WPPI! Anyway it is all great fun. Here are a few images from our 1st day shooting including the before/after shot with Sasha’s help. I really wish he spoke english! Thank you Heather and studio team for holding things together! Thank you Grammy, sister in laws and our monkeys for letting us have this experience! Candy and I just got our camera case now that we are ready to go home!

Wow Noa and Josh your Wedding was a very special one to me. My day started when your father was clearly having difficulty letting his
you go. Very sweet and the love in the air was so apparent especially during the bedecking! It wasn’t the caterer from NYC that made it special or the music
or Pieters Bouterse spectacular floral arrangements. It was the tears of joy and the closeness of your family and friends there to celebrate with you.

Well it started off as one crazy day with the weather…But the rain stopped and made the muddy path for some amazing pictures! You two are so country and we loved it! From the barn to the horses, to the limo getting stuck in the mud, and us trampling through it…and finally the girls cleaning their heels in the puddle! I just love Shoreby Club… so hard to take a bad picture with such beautiful backgrounds! You don’t even feel like you are in Cleveland, it’s like being on vacation… and yes, I was working. Laura and John’s wedding was nothing short of spectacular… they are a nice looking couple, have great taste, and spared no expense! I loved the dress, the shoes and all the plaid accents… but more importantly, I loved the families! Laura, your mom is the best! John’s grandpa is the cutest… he stole the show!!! Everything was as lovely as expected. You hired all the best vendors which was the easy part. Cantor Cathy, Jerry Bruno, Susie Cargile, Pieter Bouterse, The Ritz, and me were the easy details. The parents were so elated for you both. Jamie’s mom said to me
“wouldn’t you want your daughter to mary a man who makes her feel like a princess every day”. I literally had tears in my eyes hoping that my little girl would be so lucky! I had better start discussing those parameters now! Really that to me sums up the entire evening being around a couple that kiss every second they had a chance, a nice hug, penguins???? Just details.
